There are four emergency provisions in the Indian Constitution.[Section 352].On its application,state center power will come to an end and turn into a unitary(central)constitution. 4 भारतीय संविधान मे आपातकाल लागू करने के उपबन्ध है [352 अनुच्छेद] इसके लागू होने पर राज्य-केन्द्र शक्ति पृथक्करण समाप्त हो जायेगा तथा वह एकात्मक संविधान बन जायेगा।
